I require a non-refundable 50% deposit before starting any commission. The final 50% is payable upon acceptance and upon receiving the work.

Unless otherwise requested, traditional paintings are airbrushed with acrylic, watercolors, and/or inks on canvas or wood panel. Pencil sketches are on Bristol paper, illustration board or wood panel.
I normally work from your photo. Photo should have excellent focus with a clear view of details that need to be painted. Professional lighting in the photo will make a better portrait. You may book studio time with me to shoot a portrait for your painting at $75 per hour. If a specific location is desired please consider the advance prep time needed to create the photo and painting.

Commercial Illustration & Design
For most commercial art, illustration and design services, my art fee is $50 per hour which I usually bill at half day segments: $200 for half a day $400 for a full day.
